Danielle Nook

Originally from New York, Danielle Nook joined UNC Charlotte’s ISSO as an International Student & Scholar Advisor in September 2026. She has served as a Designated School Official since 2021, previously supporting international students and study abroad programming at Wingate University. Danielle’s passion for global education stems from her studies across Singapore, Malaysia, and Spain, as well as time spent living and studying in Costa Rica, where she developed strong Spanish skills and a firsthand understanding of the international experience. She is committed to guiding international students and scholars while supporting their overall success in the U.S. Beyond advising, Danielle enjoys making music, roller skating, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
