Optional Practical Training
OPT
If you are graduating during the upcoming semester and are interested in applying for employment authorization, you MUST attand an Optional Practical Training (OPT) Workshop. Time-sensitive deadlines for the OPT process are set by U.S. Government, so plan to attend the first event, if possible.
The ISSO holds two primary OPT workshops each semester. We strongly encourage AND expect you to attend one OPT Workshop.

Sessions begin promptly at time shown, and last about one to two hours, depending on number of questions we get in the Q &A. Please plan accordingly.
