Ready to apply for a STEM OPT I-20?

Students on 12 month OPT who studied a STEM-eligible field will use the application found below to request a STEM-OPT recommended I-20 from the ISSO.

1) Your completed Form I-983

2) Paid the ISSO’s STEM OPT Services Fee.

How long will it take to receive my STEM I-20 after I submit the application?

The processing time for this request, excluding shipment time, is 10 business days. Note that holidays and weekends are not considered business days.
